The ideal spot for Mustards depends on the weather. If it's cool they should be planted on a sunny site. If it's warm then some shade is a good idea.
Mustards are in and out of the ground quickly, so are often used for intercropping between slower growing crops, rather than being given their own area of bed.

Choose a container that is at least 12" deep and 14" wide. Make sure that your container has at least one drainage hole and fill with a mixture of potting soil and compost. Place your container in full sun as long as the temperature allows for this. In warmer climates, Tatsoi will need shade. Make sure the soil stays moist by watering regularly.
